Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your LĒVO products in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
